Innovation Management and Process in an International Brewery
Andreas Stieber has more than 26 years of beer experience mainly in the Marketing environment. He joined Österreichische Brau AG/Linz in 1989 as Product Manager, responsible for brands as ZIPFER or EDELWEISS Weizenbier.
In 2001 he became Group Brand Manager before he moved to Vienna in 2004 to become Manager for Innovation and Regional Brands within Brau Union Mgt GmbH.
In 2005 he took the role as Marketing Manager for HEINEKEN Romania in Bucharest. In 2009 he joined HEINEKEN CEE in Vienna as Regional Portfolio Manager before he moved back to Brau Union Österreich AG in Linz as Marketing Manager. In July 2010 he was promoted to Marketing Director. Since that time he is responsible for the Austrian brand portfolio of 15 brands, lead by the most successful Austrian beer brands as GÖSSER, PUNTIGAMER and ZIPFER.
In his role as Marketing Director Andreas Stieber is heading the PR committee of the Austrian Brewers Association.
Andreas Stieber is married and has 2 sons.
